The Role

We are looking for the Product and Application Manager. This role is to support business growth in China by offering innovative product or application solutions. This person should be a highly skilled market and product analyst with a proven ability to support head office to strategize product development. Were looking for a confident leader who can appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans. Our ideal Product and Application Manager is enthusiastic proactive team-oriented and dedicated to fulfilling our customers needs promptly and courteously.

Reports to

National Sales Manager

Key responsibilities

Analyze market data to develop product strategies and objectives for effective marketing communications
Develop and appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate action plans
Analyze customer needs current market trends and competitor offerings then seek opportunities for differentiation.
Develop the solutions sales with local MTB or automation partners.
Guide the team to deliver valuable and effective machining solutions for the customers
Product training for the team in both China and Japan market.
Product analysis for China and Japan market
Cross departmental communication and coordination
Complete the companys various KPI assessments

About you

Bachelors degree or above majoring in mechanical manufacturing or related fields
Good English listening speaking reading and writing skills
More than 10 years of working experience at application product management or engineering area of premium CNC tool brands and more than 3 years of team management experience in premium CNC tools companies.
Good leadership and coordination skills
