About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for an ICT Service Technician within our IT Service Delivery.

Reporting to the ICT Team Leader you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across Scopes ICT environment. This role will contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT service delivery and support Scopes mission through reliable and secure technology solutions.

Your Key Focus

  • Provide technical support to all Scope staff based on their location
  • Resolve and close team-assigned ITSM tickets within agreed service level targets following documented Incident Request Problem and Change Management procedures
  • Provide detailed troubleshooting and resolution documentation for all support activities
  • Maintain accurate records in asset management databases
  • Develop and maintain ICT knowledge bases including:
    • Customer-facing articles to support self-service and improve user experience.
    • Technical documentation for internal ICT team use supporting consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure all helpdesk requests are logged and actioned within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

What We Look For

  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on within IT Service Delivery
  • Familiar with enterprise network equipment e.g. switches routers NBN access points etc.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and service desk operations
  • Sound knowledge of Windows iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Experience with networking fundamentals AV systems and mobile device management
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Teams Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles
  • This role requires working onsite based in Hawthorn as well as travelling between Melbourne Metropolitan and Regional sites
