Position Overview

As the Sr. Financial Analyst / Sr. Accountant you will lead the Companys financial reporting processes and support enterprise-wide financial reporting and forecasting. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of monthly financial results and forward-looking revenue projections. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced public-company environment demonstrates extreme attention to detail and takes ownership of delivering timely and accurate consolidated financial information.

Role Type: Full-Time

• Experience: 35 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Education: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles.
• Extreme attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Highly proactive self-motivated and solution-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a public company environment is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site daily at CELSIUS HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process ensuring accurate and timely aggregation of financial results across entities.
• Perform detailed monthly tick and tie procedures to validate financial statements supporting schedules and underlying data through partnering with FP&A and accounting teams.
• Partner with FP&A and Commercial teams to consolidate and validate the Companys revenue forecast.
• Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting packages for leadership.
• Identify discrepancies investigate variances and proactively resolve issues prior to reporting deadlines.
• Continuously enhance consolidation processes documentation and internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting Commercial Finance FP&A Commercial Operations and internal and external auditors as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as business needs evolve.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
