Joining us as a Receptionist & Office Manager
Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy Milton Keynes office. As the first point of contact for employees visitors and clients youll help create a welcoming professional environment while supporting a wide range of facilities and administrative processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys taking ownership and improving how things work.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Welcoming all visitors and contractors and supporting them in a calm and professional manner
- Providing administrative support including filing scanning photocopying issuing purchase orders and processing invoices
- Managing meeting rooms office facilities catering hospitality accommodation and travel requests
- Overseeing office organisation including supplies post couriers car park management and key logs
- Liaising with facilities contractors and managing maintenance issues through to resolution
- Supporting health and safety processes in line with policies and guidance
What youll bring to the role
Youll be an organised personable and proactive individual with strong administrative and customer service skills. Youll also have:
- Experience of working on a busy reception in a large company or corporate environment
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organisational written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask prioritise and work well under pressure
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- A cando attitude with the ability to build positive relationships across teams
- Good understanding of health and safety measures relating to facilities
