Job Summary

We are looking for a senior hunter to lead B2B sponsorship and partnership sales across Latin America with a strong focus on Spanish-speaking markets.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Commercial Manager LATAM with clear ownership of new logos strategic accounts and complex regional deals.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a regional pipeline of sponsorship and partnership opportunities
  • Drive outbound hunting through cold outreach LinkedIn networking partners and associations
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior decision-makers and develop tailored proposals
  • Negotiate commercials contracts and value-based packages
  • Develop account plans for key targets across multiple countries
  • Keep CRM forecast and next steps fully updated

Qualifications :

  • Higher degree;
  • Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
  • English for internal/global communication
  • 35 years in consultative B2B sales
  • Proven track record in hunting and closing new business
  • Confidence engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Strong CRM pipeline and forecasting discipline
  • Strong plus (not mandatory)

  • Experience in energy infrastructure technology events or B2B media
  • Experience working with sales agents / external partners
  • How success will be measured

  • Closed revenue
  • Healthy pipeline growth
  • New strategic accounts opened
  • Reliable CRM and forecast discipline
