Were looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Advisor to help propel the growth of our teams and drive impact across our multidisciplinary projects. Reporting to the Quality Director you will play a key role in shaping our quality standards by developing performance benchmarks procedures and audit programs that align with our organizational goals. You will also be at the forefront of identifying opportunities to enhance our processesboosting efficiency elevating effectiveness and strengthening overall quality.
We offer a flexible hybrid work mode allowing you to work from home and from our office located in Montreal or Quebec City.
Primary responsibilities
- Develop implement maintain and ensure the effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct management reviews and take other necessary actions to ensure the operation effectiveness and continuous improvement of the QMS.
- Prepare QMS audit plans plan and coordinate internal and external QMS audits of key processes with relevant parties and communicate audit results to the client
- Liaise with internal and external departments as required
- Ensure that the relevant quality records are kept in accordance with the QMS and draft the QMS information for the monthly reports to be submitted to the client
Qualifications :
- University degree in engineering or any other relevant university or college diploma
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in a quality assurance role including quality management experience on construction projects
- Direct experience in developing implementing and managing quality management systems particularly those based on ISO 9000 and 9001 standards.
- Direct knowledge of quality management improvement methodologies and standards such as ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Guidelines and the Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor Program or equivalent.
- Direct experience in developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and English
