Get to Know the Role

Join the GrabMart Strategy team to lead merchant medium-to-long-term ecosystem growth through strategic category management and portfolio this high-ownership role you will architect end-to-end incubation strategies for strategic merchants while building scalable growth infrastructure from the ground up to power sustainable market expansion. This role is a 5-days onsite at Grab Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will promote sustainable merchant growth strategies to maximize GMV revenue and operational performance
• You will manage portfolio optimization merchant selection frameworks and category management to expand market reach
• You will lead cross-functional projects and strategic partnerships to accelerate merchant success and deliver OKRs
• You will use advanced analytics and business modeling to create insights and inform strategy
• You will translate complex data into compelling narratives that create team member agreement and resource optimization
• You will partner across regional teams departments and external partners to build integrated business solutions

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in E-commerce strategy commercials or business development
• You can throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached
• Passionate and able to excel in a fast-paced team environment while being deliver tasks.
• You can invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans
• You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills basic SQL is a plus
