Key Dates

• Working Hours: 09:00 - 04:00 (rotational shifts within this range)

Salary Package & Bonuses

• 1045.00 gross monthly salary

• Monthly food allowance: up to 80 max calculated based on on-site working days

• Productivity bonus: up to 10% of gross salary performance-based

• Night shift premium: 25% per hour. Sundays & public holidays: 75% per hour

250 relocation allowance

About the Role

Join a high-impact GenAI operations team supporting one of the worlds largest tech platforms. Your mission is to help maintain platform integrity label data and support AI model training used by millions of users globally.

What You Will Do

• Review and moderate Italian-language content (comments posts captions videos)

• Label data to support machine-learning and GenAI development

• Evaluate user-generated content based on platform policies

• Provide accurate and timely decisions in platform safety workflows

• Assist with transcription tasks and semantic tagging

• Apply policies considering cultural context idioms slang and pop-culture knowledge

Profile We Seek

Experience

• Previous experience in customer support content moderation or digital operations is valued

• Experience in B2C or B2B environments is an advantage

Skills

• Strong written communication in Italian

• Critical thinking & problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable working in fast-paced digital environments

• Adaptability and high attention to detail

• Typing speed 30 WPM with 85% accuracy

• Salary increase: Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation starting from your hiring date a salary increase of 1100.00 (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe
• After the completion of 3 years of employment the gross salary increases to 1150.00. (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
