Room Attendant Full Time Part Time

ibis Sydney Barangaroo is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our dedicated and dynamic team. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring our rooms are clean comfortable and welcoming.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare cleaning carts with daily supplies and maintain storerooms in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow daily assignments to clean vacant and occupied guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Replenish guest supplies and in-room materials according to room type standards.
• Perform tasks and projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
• Respect guests privacy and belongings while delivering exceptional service.
• Use and maintain equipment carefully reporting any defects as outlined in the procedures manual.
• Communicate clearly and provide assistance to guests as required.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required including weekends.
• Physically fit and comfortable working independently.
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferably within the hotel industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with an uncompromising approach to cleanliness and standards.
• Friendly customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proactive and positive approach to interactions with colleagues and guests.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
