St Vincents Private Hospital Melbourne has extended its trusted state of the art health care services to Melbournes west and our Werribee facility has been open since January 2018.
St Vincents Private Werribee is a not-for-profit private Catholic hospital. We provide you with the highest quality healthcare modern facilities and the latest technology. St Vincents Private Hospital Werribee is the fourth hospital to open under the umbrella of St Vincents Private Hospital Melbourne a facility of St Vincents Health Australia under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries.
The Services available in our Werribee private hospital include orthopaedics cardiology ear nose and throat plastic and reconstructive surgery urology gynaecology general surgery vascular rehabilitation and oncology/infusions. Facilities include operating theatres a day procedure unit a cardiac catheter laboratory oncology/infusion unit 2 wards and rehabilitation gymnasium.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
We are seeking enthusiastic innovative and patient-care orientated Enrolled Nurses to join us at our contemporary new health care facility. We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse for Night Duty (full time) with nursing experience in one or more of the following areas:
Cardiac
Orthopeadics
Paediatrics
Urology
ENT
General Surgical
The successful applicant will be responsible for;
Taking full responsibility for planning and delivering of nursing care to patients
Will make decisions regarding patient care and patient management
Assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care
ABOUT YOU:
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Willing to be flexible according to departmental needs and will be able to work across all areas
Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office products
Proficiency in email software and electronic communication
Willingness to undertake further studies or to pursue other self-development activities
