Full Stack Developer (Cloud AWS)

Arηs Group Part of Accenture is looking for a FullStack Developer (Cloud / AWS) for one of its clients in Brussels a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.

Context

You will join a large-scale digital initiative focused on strengthening prevention through the use of validated scientific evidence and recognized clinical guidelines. The objective is to design and deliver a modern platform capable of identifying and generating personalized prevention signals for end users and healthcare stakeholders covering all stages of prevention.

To support this initiative a new dynamic and autonomous team is being set up. The platform is built on cloud-native technologies and requires experienced engineers to develop and maintain its various application components within a flexible hybrid working environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain backend and frontend components of the platform
• Translate business requirements into pragmatic scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Contribute across the full software lifecycle from analysis and development to quality assurance and optimization
• Take an active role in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Apply DevOps principles including automation quality control and cost optimization
• Ensure high code quality through best practices such as test-driven development (TDD)
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members in an agile environment
• Support continuous improvement of processes tools and solutions

Qualifications :

Your Profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Proactive autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication skills able to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Flexible and solution-oriented with the ability to perform under deadlines
• Quality-driven and customer-focused attitude
• Team player who can also work independently
• Comfortable working in an agile (Scrum) environment
• Fluent in either Dutch or French. Good passive understanding of the other national language
• Professional working proficiency in English is required

Technical Skills

• Senior-level experience as a full-stack software engineer with architectural exposure
• Strong experience with cloud-based environments particularly AWS
• Hands-on development experience with:
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • Angular (frontend)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and continuous improvement practices
• Knowledge of the following technologies is considered a strong asset:
  • AWS services such as Aurora DynamoDB Athena
  • Data processing technologies (Apache Parquet ETL pipelines Airflow)
  • Big data processing
• Proven experience in projects with high performance requirements and large transaction volumes
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Associate Developer) are a plus
