Job Summary

Overview:
We are looking for a Medior Full Stack Java Developer to design and build high-quality applications in a complex security-driven environment. You will work on scalable platforms and digital solutions contributing to both backend and frontend development in an Agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Java-based applications from functional requirements
- Build and maintain REST APIs using Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Develop user-friendly frontend applications using Angular
- Ensure code quality through testing documentation and security checks (OWASP Sonar)
- Contribute to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices
- Collaborate in Agile teams and support continuous improvement
- Share knowledge and mentor junior developers
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong experience with Java (Spring Spring Boot Hibernate)
- Experience with Angular (2) and modern frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs and SQL (SQL Server)
- Familiarity with CI/CD Docker Kubernetes and cloud environments (GCP is a plus)
- Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented principles
Languages:
- Dutch or French (fluent)
- Basic knowledge of the second national language
- English (professional proficiency)
Work Setup:
- Location: Brussels (hybrid 2 days on-site 3 days remote)
- Contract: Full-time (May 2026 December 2026 extension possible)

- Signed NDA required
- Ability to work on-site at least 2 days per week
