Base Uncapped Commission Company Vehicle
Must live in the Greater Savannah GA or Hilton Head SC area
- Base pay uncapped commission (high performers earn strong upside with advancement opportunities)
- Company vehicle provided for daily use in the territory
- Paid training (including required training travel if applicable at no cost to you)
- Uniforms and job-related equipment provided

- Prospect and acquire new accounts across the territory working both warm and cold leads
- Build relationships with maintenance managers fleet managers operations leaders and plant supervisors
- Increase sales by uncovering additional equipment needs preventing repeat failures and expanding services within existing accounts
- Convert one-time emergency calls into repeat business and preferred vendor status
- Represent Pirtek professionally in the community at relevant events and with local industry groups
- Adhere to all Pirtek and industry safety standards
- Perform mobile hydraulic hose assembly replacement and leak troubleshooting at customer sites
- Identify and work with common fitting and thread types (JIC ORB ORFS BSPP DIN)
- Maintain a clean organized vehicle and accurate job documentation so invoicing is fast and correct
- Maintain accurate records of visits calls wins losses and next steps
- Keep a simple pipeline and territory plan that supports consistent daily activity
- Participate in periodic meetings at the home office as needed
- Based in Greater Savannah GA or Hilton Head SC (daily field role)
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving field environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with industrial decision-makers
- Ability to handle objections sell value and ask for the next step
- Valid drivers license and ability to safely and lawfully operate a vehicle
- Experience selling into or working around manufacturing distribution heavy equipment fleet maintenance construction utilities logistics/3PL waste or municipalities
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with hydraulics hoses fittings equipment service or industrial maintenance
- Comfort working in real-world industrial environments
- Territory-based work in a variety of environments (warehouses yards plants job sites)
- Exposure to oil grease lubricant and other messy substances is normal in this industry
- Ability to sit/stand for moderate to extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
