Are you ready to take your career to new heights in the aerospace industry Collins Aerospace a leader in aviation technology is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Planning Coordinator to join our fast-paced and innovative this role you will play a crucial part in the production of high-end aviation seating switches and lighting products for renowned airlines such as Qantas Etihad Emirates and British Airways.

This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team of professionals and to be responsible for proactively managing customer demand by ensuring orders and schedules are accurately reflected within the companys internal systems. You will work closely with our customer purchasing and planning teams to monitor supplier portals and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear communication to customers and stakeholders
• Accuracy and alignment of order books
• Reducing order discrepancies
• Day to day usage of ERP and Planning systems
• Building and maintaining effective relationships

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning and order management with customer service is essential.
• Experience with ERP and supplier portals
• Strong Excel and data management
• Understanding of Supply Chain Demand Planning and order management withing a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Customer facing experience is also desirable.
