Responsibilities |
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for arranging Weapon Engineering EPAs between the MIAA and Units.
| |
- Liaise with and support Unit Assessors and Training Coordinators in the delivery of Weapon Engineering EPAs.
| |
- Quality assure and approve all Weapon Engineering EPA outcomes.
| |
- Conduct physical IQA observations on 510% of all Weapon Engineering EPAs across various locations.
| |
- Maintain and regularly update the IQA Sampling Plan.
| |
- Support the MIAA WO in coordinating the MIAA Administrators delivery of EPA documentation to Units.
| |
- Collate and analyse EPA feedback to support the MIAA Team Leader and WO in providing regular fleet updates.
| |
- Identify opportunities to enhance MIAA processes to benefit Onboard Assessors and apprentices.
| |
- Where required support the development of Weapon Engineering EPAs including question writing pilot assessments and procedure development.
| |
- Assist in developing and maintaining MIAA/EPA funding models.
| |
- Implement and uphold relevant MIAA policies.
| |
- Provide the MIAA Administrator with the required Weapon Engineering EPA evidence and results for storage on the MIS.

Local Considerations | Domestic | Away from home at least once per month for Training Establishment visits/EPA assurance | | Employer Comments | Flexible and home working achievable. Requirement to travel to Training Establishments around the UK | |
