Responsibilities |
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for arranging Engineering (ENG) Apprentice Assessments (AA) between the MIAA and Units.
| |
- Liaise with and support Training Coordinators and Onboard Assessors in the delivery of ENG AAs; quality assure and approve all ENG AA outcomes.
| |
- Maintain IQA Sampling Plans and conduct physical IQA observations on 510% of ENG AAs across locations.
| |
- Act as the lead Grading Assessor for ENG Apprentice Assessments.
| |
- Provide leadership welfare and divisional care to RN personnel ensuring their development discipline and readiness are maintained.
| |
- Act as the MIAA sponsor of Units identifying opportunities to enhance MIAA processes to benefit Training Coordinators and apprentices.

- Support the development of ENG AAs including question writing pilot assessments and procedure development.
| |
- Implement and uphold MIAA policies and support development and maintenance of MIAA/AA funding models.
