Responsibilities:
Domain : Real estate domain experience is a must
Tools & Platforms: ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Online Snowflake Azure BLOB Storage Mapbox Postman
Key Responsibility Areas:
Product Support (Enterprise GIS Platform)
. Support proprietary real estate applications integrating GIS layers
. Publish and manage national-level geospatial layers
. Provide GeoJSON layers to Data Architecture team
. Prototype layers in ArcGIS Online before product integration
. Validate QA / UT / Production environments
. Support quarterly market boundary updates
. Maintain office & industrial submarket geographies
Custom Geospatial Projects (Client Driven)
. Develop custom GIS web maps & dashboards
. Perform parcel analysis (158M parcel datasets)
. Transit utilities infrastructure mapping
. Market comparison analysis (multi-city / national)
. Portfolio visibility mapping (global scale)
