manages end-to-end HR operations focusing on industrial relations (IR) statutory compliance (Factories Act) payroll and shop-floor workforce management. Key responsibilities include recruiting staff/workers managing attendance handling union grievances and maintaining a positive disciplined work environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Industrial Relations (IR):Manage union relationships handle grievances and ensure harmonious labor relations.
- Compliance & Legal:Ensure strict adherence to labor laws including the Factories Act BOCW Act and Payment of Wages Act.
- Talent Acquisition:Manage recruitment onboarding and orientation for plant staff and workers.
- Payroll & Attendance:Administer biometric systems track shifts and process payroll overtime (OT) and deductions.
- Employee Welfare:Manage canteen transport and safety gear compliance.
- Discipline:Enforce factory policies manage disciplinary proceedings and maintain records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education:MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations or MSW.
- Experience:58 years (for executive/manager level) in manufacturing specifically in plant operations.
- Expertise:Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Skills:Excellent communication conflict resolution and the ability to work with shop-floor employees.
