We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic industrial operations team.
You will play a key role in ensuring equipment performance optimizing maintenance strategies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical challenges and crossfunctional collaboration.

Job purpose

Implementing proactive data-driven strategies that prioritize sustainability resilience and human-centric values within the plant. To use predictive analytics to prevent failures in machines integrate sustainability principles into lifecycle planning and utilizes human-machine collaboration to optimize performance.

Key responsibilities

Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with safety regulations.

Support LPR audits implementation and link them with Audit Tour Plants transmit in cascade to my direct reports.

Create preventive maintenance procedure for main assets.

Improve information system implemented for breakdown management.

Deploy Preventive Maintenance Annual Plan.

Coordinate with production and planning departments preventive maintenance planned.

Control Preventive Planning providing necessary resources to fulfill the plan.

Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize machine performance

Define news warehouse layout

Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts.

Management and supervision of contractors works in the plant

Build relationships within the company and with external parties such as suppliers or distributors.

Support Engineering department to define commissioning procedures and guidelines for new machinery.

Requirements

Engineering studies preferably Electric / Industrial.
2 years of related experience in industrial environment.
Fluent in English.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive handson approach.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems industrial machinery and automation (PLC familiarity is a plus).
Ability to work collaboratively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
A continuousimprovement mindset and strong commitment to safety.
