• Plan organize direct control and evaluate the activities of our residential restoration and renovating projects from start to finish.
• Evaluate damage scope and prepare accurate bids and estimates for home construction or renovation projects utilizing proprietary software.
• Consult with customers insurance adjusters and engineers regarding restoration plans specifications and project approvals.
• Select hire and supervise trade subcontractors to do specialized work such as plumbing heating electrical and drywall repair during the reconstruction phase.
• Plan and prepare work schedules and co-ordinate the daily activities of internal restoration crews and external subcontractors.
• Inspect work performed by crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors for necessary restoration materials and equipment.
• May perform light demolition mitigation or other trade work during home construction or renovation activities when required.

• Education: Bachelors degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the restoration home building or renovation industry is required. Previous experience in supervising crews or project management is an asset.
• Licenses: Valid drivers license.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
