Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Food Folk in the Nordic region. This is a new role in the organization that offers a unique opportunity to set up shape and develop the talent acquisition function across the Nordics. This role is both strategic and operational responsible for recruitment onboarding and development of processes across the Nordics. You will independently establish recruitment frameworks and agreements and ensure professional structured handling of the entire hiring process.
The position is based in Stockholm and is part of a dynamic and international Nordic environment. The role requires strategic thinking flexibility and strong business understanding to act effectively in different situations and support leadership and teams across the organization. Some travel should be expected and during certain periods this may involve trips within the Nordics a couple of times per month.
You will report to Head of Nordic People & Culture.
As part of the recruitment process SHL personality assessments will be used.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build implement and improve recruitment frameworks and agreements
- Develop our talent aqcusition & onboarding strategy
- Develop recruitment processes and structures including competency-based assessments
- Lead recruitment across all levels in the Nordics from operational sourcing and selection to onboarding
- Advise managers and leadership and manage stakeholders effectively across the organization
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience
- Collaborate closely with the People Team and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Adapt recruitment processes to business needs and changing circumstances
- Use data and insights to improve hiring
