Our client is an international organisation operating in a dynamic fastchanging environment. Known for strong professionalism high standards and a peoplecentred approach the company is currently navigating a period of transition and development.
To support business continuity and organisational effectiveness the client is looking to strengthen its HR function with an experienced HR Interim Lead who can provide handson support stability and structure during this phase.

REGION

The role is based in Stockholm. The scope of responsibility is primarily Sweden in close collaboration with the local management team and an international HR organisation. Occasional travel may be required.

TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES

As HR Interim Lead you will play a key operational role in supporting the organisation and its leaders. Your responsibilities will include among others:
  • Supporting continuity across core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle including recruitment frameworks performance cycles and learning initiatives
  • Acting as a local operational anchor for HR systems and processes ensuring data quality compliance and smooth collaboration with central HR functions
  • Overseeing daytoday HR administration and ensuring compliance with local labour law payroll interfaces and reporting requirements
  • Acting as a handson HR partner to the organisation supporting the General Manager and closely collaborating with four HR Business Partners
  • Providing daytoday operational HR support to ensure smooth and effective HR processes
  • Supporting change initiatives and organisational adjustments in an international and evolving environment
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies frameworks and local labour law requirements
  • Contributing to stability prioritisation and clarity within the HR function during the interim period
  • Rolling up your sleeves and actively supporting where needed to keep the HR machinery running effectively
This is an operational interim role with a strong emphasis on execution collaboration and pragmatic problemsolving.

PROFILE

To succeed in this assignment you bring:
  • Solid experience from senior operational HR roles preferably in international and matrix organisations
  • Broad operational HR experience across the full HR spectrum including employee relations performance management rewards and HR systems
  • Proven experience working as an HR interim or in projectbased HR assignments
  • Strong competence in change management and supporting organisations through transition
  • Good understanding of Swedish labour law and HR practices
  • The ability to work independently pragmatically and handson without formal line management responsibility
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust across the organisation
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of global HR frameworks and local business realities with the ability to translate international context into practical local HR support.
Fluency in English is required (corporate language) and Swedish (to support the organisation on a local level).

SALARY / RECRUITMENT PROCESS

This is an interim assignment starting ASAP and running until but not limited to the end of 2026.

This is an executionfocused interim role with responsibility for stabilisation continuity and handover rather than longterm HR transformation or organisational redesign.

Compensation will be agreed depending on experience availability and assignment scope in line with Swedish market standards for interim roles.
The recruitment process includes an initial meeting with Karin at Beyondo () followed by one to two interviews with the clients General Manager and HR team.
