Sales Plan Governance Manager
Located in D90 Nottingham
12 - month secondment
Working within the Commercial Operations Team the Sales Plan Governance Manager is responsible for ensuring the Sales Plan process runs smoothly across the business.
Leading a team of four you will oversee governance of this critical process ensuring milestones are delivered on time challenges are managed effectively and cross-functional teams are aligned throughout the planning cycle.
Own the Sales Plan process governing it in real time to ensure deadlines are achieved accurately.
Provide status reporting on each major milestone highlighting progress risks and ensuring challenges are managed or escalated appropriately.
Identify and resolve process issues taking accountability and leadership when challenges arise within the Sales Plan.
Own the Sales Plan schedule working with subsidiary teams to ensure key milestones are captured and any conflicts are resolved.
Manage the late change process acting as the business owner and decision-maker for approval or rejection of late changes.
Consult on projects working with transformation and category teams to ensure all category initiatives consider Sales Plan activity.
Business Process Understanding: A strong understanding of the Sales Plan process and how this fits within broader Commercial Processes
Leadership: A strong leader able to lead a team and make quick fact-based decisions.
Working at Pace: Ability to work in a faced paced environment juggling immediate priorities with longer-term goals
Managing change:Ability to lead through a period of business change.
