DescriptionThe Manager Passenger Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Flight Attendant management and passenger service operations. This role ensures the highest professional standards of cabin service supports flight operations through direct participation as a Flight Attendant when assigned and contributes to safety service quality and operational excellence across the organization.
Reporting Relationships
- Administratively reports to the Sr. Director of Corporate Flight Operations.
- While acting as a Flight Attendant on an assigned flight reports directly to the Pilot in Command (PIC).
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Ensure professional standards performance and conduct of all Flight Attendants.
- Recruit hire and support full-time line Flight Attendants the Supervisor of Passenger Services and Contract Flight Attendants.
- Actively participate in the company Safety Management System (SMS).
- Perform Flight Attendant duties when assigned to a flight.
- Manage supervise and provide leadership to Flight Attendants.
- Develop implement and enforce policies and procedures related to passenger services and cabin crew operations.
- Manage commissary operations and aircraft cabin stock.
- Participate in new aircraft outfitting and delivery programs.
- Provide performance-related input and information to the Sr. Director for Flight Attendant evaluations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President Flight Operations and/or the Pilot in Command (PIC).
QualificationsQualifications
- Strong knowledge of culinary arts food presentation wine and menu planning to support first-class corporate passenger service.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Flight Attendant with an airline business aviation flight department or government agency (highly desirable).
- Completion of Flight Attendant training with certification from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization.
