Position: HR Operations Specialist
JobResponsibilities:
- Manage and process employee records in government platforms (Qiwa Muqeem GOSI etc..
- Handle employee documentation contracts and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for work permits visas and social insurance.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Assist in general HR administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources.
- Experience:3years in HR operations.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of government portals (Qiwa Muqeem GOSI etc..
- Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
