Requirements
- Act as an Account Liaison for commercial teams with various commercial teams to handle daytoday incoming requests to identify and protect the companys interest.
- Draft review edit and negotiate a wide range of contracts including vendor contracts customer agreements and licensing agreements.
- Ensure that contracts align with company policies countrys regulations and industry best practices.
- Ensure that contracts with foreign entities align with the countrys regulations.
- Advise management and other stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws regulations and industry standards to ensure the companys compliance.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory requirements and potential risks.
- Advise on daily legal matters and assist in resolving legal disputes
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decisionmaking and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Requirements
- faculty of law English section is a MUST.
- 3 to 5 years of experience within international organization in the technology industry.
- Experience in overseas transactions is a MUST.
- Fluency (written and oral) in English and Arabic is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of relevant legal areas excellent drafting contract interpretation and negotiation skills.
- strong understanding of the principles of risk analysis in commercial contracts.
- Bar membership.
