Job Summary
Youre responsible for supporting the companys financial operations accounting processes financial planning activities and regulatory compliance. The role ensures accurate bookkeeping financial reporting payroll administration tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and efficient banking and financial coordination.
The position also supports financial modelling company valuation pricing strategy budgeting forecasting and fundraising preparation. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in assisting financial planning fundraising initiatives and financial decision-making while maintaining strong financial governance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper bookkeeping practices
- Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheets income
- statements (P&L) and supporting schedules
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records
- Conduct regular reviews of financial allocations and identify discrepancies or
- incorrect postings
- Maintain organised financial documentation and ensure audit-ready records
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models
- Assist in preparing company valuation models for internal use and fundraising

- Support the development and updating of pricing models
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts and scenario analyses
- Support budget tracking and monitor performance against financial plans
Fundraising & Investor Support
- Assist in identifying funding opportunities including grants loans and
- non-dilutive financing programs
- Support the preparation and submission of grant applications and required
- documentation
- Assist in loan applications and related financial documentation
- Support the preparation of financial models and analysis for fundraising activities
- Assist in preparing financial sections of pitch decks
- Provide financial data and support for investor discussions and due diligence
- processes
- Maintain organised documentation related to funding and financing activities
Banking & Financial Administration
- Coordinate with banking partners across the UK Saudi Arabia and Egypt
- Assist in banking activities including payments transfers and documentation
- Support financial account administration across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and financial controls for transactions
Taxation & Compliance
- Support tax filing processes across the UK Saudi Arabia and Egypt in
- coordination with external advisors
- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and statutory
- requirements
- Maintain records required for tax filings and financial reporting
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Prepare payroll calculations and support accurate and timely salary processing
Execute salary transfers and payments
- Administer bonuses commissions and other compensation elements
- Support social insurance registration and reporting processes
- Act as a focal point for employee inquiries related to payroll compensation and benefits
- Coordinate with the medical insurance provider regarding employee enrolment and renewals
Person Specification
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 35 years of experience in accounting financial operations or financial analysis roles
- Professional certifications such as ACCA CMA CPA or equivalent are highly desirable
- Expert proficiency in financial and productivity tools including Odoo Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong capability in preparing professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Ability to build financial models dashboards and analytical reports using spreadsheet tools
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting principles
- Experience with financial modelling forecasting and budgeting
- Understanding of tax compliance and financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage
- Experience with payroll administration and social insurance systems
