Join JPMorgans high-energy dynamic team in Australia as a Vice President Corporate Banker serving as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of ASX Top 300-listed clients. This is an exciting opportunity to further expand our successful corporate banking franchise with significant scope to develop new client relationships within the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and manage a portfolio of 2530 ASX Top 300-listed clients acquiring and developing new client relationships while deepening existing ones.
  • Formulate portfolio coverage strategy segment focus and product prioritisation tailored to the Australian corporate sector.
  • Develop and implement account plans for your client portfolio collaborating closely with product partners to execute cross-sell strategies.
  • Lead all credit-related work streams and facilitate approvals from internal governance and control committees ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be addressed with JPMorgans broad array of corporate banking products including financing solutions capital markets risk management treasury and securities services and asset management.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate banking with broad coverage of the Australian corporate sector strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of credit and funding products structured solutions transaction banking markets and risk management product suite and investment products.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong energy for client acquisition and conversion.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Credit trained with experience in structuring and executing leveraged loans in connection with M&A IPOs and related transactions.
  • Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a relevant discipline.
