Join the team at the award-winning Hilton Cleveland Downtown as a Reservations Supervisor where youll play a key role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our this position you will oversee daily reservations operations support and coach reservations team members and help maximize hotel revenue through accurate inventory management and exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and passionate about hospitality. You will assist with managing reservation inquiries monitoring room availability handling group and special bookings and ensuring all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Front Office Sales and Revenue teams are essential to success in this role.
