REQUIREMENTS
Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of student records maintenance and purging a ability to effectively work with all staff. Ability to travel to multiple sites. Organized. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must. This position requires constant hand-eye mind-eye coordination. The ability to lift 35-40 pounds. Occasional travel to various school locations is required. Sitting standing walking talking bending lifting and stooping are required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
The SFSD will be transitioning from paper student files to completely digital. We will be using a records management system called Parchment. Beginning late this summer and over the course of the 26-27 school year we will be converting existing paper files to digital. Student files will then be managed electronically and paper files eliminated
This position will help with:
- Organizing paper and electronic files
- Scanning files
- Verifying accuracy in electronic filing system
PAY INFORMATION
$20.45 per hour.
HOURS & FTE
40 hours per week (10 hours per day 4 days per week)
