Job summary
As aSenior Salesforce Administrator you will support the Manager Sales Systems and Lead Salesforce Admin in delivering highquality declarative solutions andmaintainingoperational hygiene across Sales Service Revenue and Experience on executionheavy work (Flows validation rules permissions user support data quality) so the team can move faster whilemaintaininghigh standards.
What you will do
- Configure andmaintainSales Cloud Service Cloud Revenue Cloud (CPQ) Experience Cloud
- Buildrecordtriggered Flowsand reusablesubflows; apply naming/versioning standards
- Migrate legacy automation to Flows; implement guardrails (fault paths error handling test plans)
- Execute smaller enhancements independently; managedata hygiene(duplicate prevention validation)
- Document changes and follow governance standards (UAT scripts deployment notes)
- Coordinate with engineering forFlow vs Apexdecisions; raise performance or scalability concerns early
What you will have
- 47 yearsof Salesforce administration experience
- Strong declarative automation skills (Flows validation rules permission sets) and debugging discipline
- Familiarity with CPQ/quoting processes and Service Cloud/Experience Cloud
- Clear written communication attention to detail and comfort with releasemanaged workflows
- Jira/Confluenceproficiency
- Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification (Admin I)
