Job Summary

About the job

As a Client Service Technical Consultant you will be responsible for providing Tier 2 (L2) support to our clients by researching diagnosing troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents and providing support for software bugs and other technical problems.

What will you do

Act as an L2 technical support resource responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues across AWS-hosted infrastructure application integrations and operating system environments while serving as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests

Troubleshoot complex technical issues across:

application services

external interfaces and integrations

networking and connectivity

IIS configuration and web services.

Support the L1 team in resolving high-priority incidents within defined SLA timelines..

Document interface testing troubleshooting steps and operational handovers.

Analyze application and system logs to diagnose incidents and identify root causes.

We are looking for:

Strong system administration skills across Linux and Windows Server environments.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2 CloudWatch Load Balancers).

Working knowledge of system integrations including APIs file-based interfaces and scheduled data integrations.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Possess a good understanding of Internet-based technologies including DNS Security IP Routing SSH FTP HTTP/HTTPS Email Routing etc.
