Position Details:

Location:Rochester NY

Hours: 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri (some overtime possible)

Pay:$19.00/hr

Duration:One year contract position with an opportunity of being temp to hire.

Who Were Looking For:

Candidates with the ability to build noncomplex optical / electrical / mechanical sub-assemblies within quality requirements. This person should be reliable and detail oriented.

What to Expect as a Assembler:

Assembles ﬁnal assemblies and systems per manufacturing drawings and work instructions.

Will help on the manufacturing ﬂoor.

Electro - mechanical troubleshooting skills and problem solving.

Tests production product to ensure proper operation per established test criteria.

Ability to build Digital Radiography sub-assemblies within quality requirements. Individual follows written standard work processes accurately records data and provides input / feedback during team discussions. When engaging with team members this individual works eﬀectively with others. This individual is reliable and complies with all company / departmental policies & regulations. FDA Audits 5S compliance. Operates with direct supervisory support.

Qualifications for Success:

Required Skills & Education:

A person that enjoys instructions accurate teachable consistent orderly detailed thoughtful loyal and genuinely cares about putting together a great product.
Must have a proven track record of showing up for work on time putting in an honest 8-10 hour work day and being respectful to all. Then doing it again the next day.
Minimum of HS Diploma or GED
1 years applicable experience (manufacturing warehouse)
Person must be willing and able to meet the following physical requirements listed below
Electrical and Mechanical knowledge
Decision-making and problem solving
Planning/Organizing/Troubleshooting Problems
Change Management (ﬂexibility versatility adaptability dependability responsibility)
Good Communication (verbal and written)

Walking: 25-50%
