The Electronic Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing electronic assemblies to ensure they meet specified tolerances and product requirements.
Location: Folsom CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am -2:30pm (must be flexible to work OT and Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Assemble inverters according to assembly instructions while maintaining high-quality workmanship standards.
- Tasks include soldering capacitors modifying circuit boards assembling hardware components performing hi-pot testing and setting frequency levels.
- Prepare mix and pour epoxy to properly pot electronic assemblies.
- Accurately record and report lot codes frequency settings and related production data.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of common concepts practices components and procedures used in electronic assembly.
- Experience with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes multimeters and hi-pot testers is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers torque wrenches and soldering irons.
- Strong manual dexterity to safely perform precise electronic assembly work.
