Job Summary

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Product Line Management Specialist II Footwearsits at the center of the product creation process supporting how footwear is researched developed and brought to life season after season. This role partners closely with Product Line Management Development andothercrossfunctional teams to ensure consumerinsightsmarket research product data and samples are accurately managed and delivered on time. Ideal for someone early in their product career this position offers handson exposure to the full footwear creation lifecycle while building strong operational and analytical foundations.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Lead the gathering creation and analysis of consumer insights including scheduling andfacilitatinginperson and virtual engagements.

  • Independently support and eventually lead consumer Teams or Zoom engagements capturing and recapping key learnings.

  • Own seasonal market research including NPD footwear reports competitor analysis ecommerce reviews and First Insight programs.

  • Manage all product data within the Product Management System (PDM) ensuringaccuratedata entry and ongoing seasonal updates.

  • Coordinate sample management from seasonal deliveries through allocation showroom readiness and storage inventory.

  • Partner with Development and Product Line Managers to track sample status and resolve gaps or missing assets.

  • Ensuretimelyacquisition and delivery of samples to the Photo Studio in alignment with the seasonal calendar.

  • Support packaging execution including PDM updates hangtags and box sticker coordination.

  • A strong relationship builder who works well with crossfunctional partners.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A selfstarter who takes ownership of key deliverables.

  • Curious analytical and excited to learn the footwear product creation process.

  • Comfortable using Product Data Management (PDM) systems daily tomaintainaccuratetimelyproduct information.

  • Motivatedto kickstarta career in ProductLine Management

YOUHAVE

  • ABachelors degree in Marketing Business ora relatedfield.

  • An understanding of software platforms and reporting tools used to collect and analyze data.

  • Proficiencyin MS Officeparticularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
