Job Summary
We are seeking a high-calibre Chemistry Teacher for an Outstanding secondary school in Hitchin. This Full-Time Permanent position starts in September 2026. We are looking for a subject specialist with a passion for laboratory-based learning and chemical theory fostering a scholarly environment where students are encouraged to achieve their highest potential.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-calibre Chemistry lessons across GCSE and A-Level
Lead engaging practical sessions in state-of-the-art laboratories
Act as a key advisor to students on scientific inquiry and career pathways
Participate in the schools rich CPL programme and action research projects
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: 37868 to 56154 (M1 - UPS3)
