Our Client is a leading global management consulting firm widely recognized worldwide. Hundreds of global enterprises across finance media technology and public sectors rely on the Clients platforms and services.

Project Description:

This project is part of a federated data delivery initiative within the companys internal technology ecosystem. The focus is on building and maintaining robust data pipelines that collect and process data from multiple enterprise systems such as issue tracking platforms code repositories cloud infrastructure and IT service management tools.

The objective is to enable leadership to gain actionable insights aligned with strategic outcomes while supporting product and service teams in identifying the right user groups and measuring the effectiveness of AI-driven productivity initiatives.

Project Phase: Ongoing

Project Team: One Agile Coach collaborating with two business stakeholders

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders during agile transformation

Ability to balance strategic discussions with hands-on team alignment

Strong prioritization skills and ability to maintain alignment between business and IT stakeholders

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate risks and dependencies ahead of time

Proficiency in Agile facilitation including backlog management storyboarding and defining acceptance criteria

Ability to operate at a high level of abstraction while pivoting toward practical high-impact solutions

Strong analytical mindset with enthusiasm for solving complex problems and driving innovative solutions

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations in demanding environments

Hard Skills / Must Have:

Strong experience or understanding of data platform engineering (since there is no frontend as such and the focus is on working with data)

Practical experience integrating AI agents into daily workflows and processes (Claude)

Experience leading agile projects as a technical product manager scrum master or project manager. Assist Product Manager & team with all aspects of Project Management Technical PM skills and all aspects of Scrum Master.

Solid understanding of engineering best practices such as test driven development and continuous integration

Hard Skills / Nice to Have:

Experience building consumer-grade digital products

Experience enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology solutions

Experience facilitating or teaching agile practices in workshops or training sessions

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Manage the teams issue tracking board and workflows

Create and update epics and user stories requested by engineers technical leads and product managers

Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog grooming and retrospectives

Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve blockers affecting the team
