We are seeking a Research Lead for the ISS STOXX Research Institute.
The ISS STOXX Research Institute is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge actionable insights for our global investor clients by capitalizing on our full suite of proprietary data and solutions and informed by the latest ideas in the market.The research lead responsibilities include developing thought-leadership front-office client engagements and help build and expand strategic collaborations.
Research and analysis:
Develop thought leadership and insights pieces leveraging ISS ESG data and analytics. This will include extensive primary and secondary research on sustainability and governance topics
Stakeholder engagement:
Participate in client meetings and conferences as a subject matter expert.
Support relationship building with clients and prospects academic institutions experts and industry leaders to help elevate our brand and inform insights case studies and new perspectives on the subject matter.
Internal collaboration and coordination:
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and senior leaders to develop research case studies and other insights.
Contribute to an engaging positive and collaborative working environment.
Masters Degree or PHD on relevant fields in financial markets investment management and/or sustainable finance.
Demonstrated interest and/or background in sustainability & governance.
Excellent English language skills both written and oral.
2-4 years of experience in research and analytics both quantitative and qualitative.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-first attitude.
Willingness to work with a highly collaborative flexible and innovative team across different locations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines.
Have a can-do attitude and a self-driven work ethic.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel PowerPoint and Word).
