We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resilience Program Manager to help maintain and enhance our established resilience program focusing on business continuity technology resilience and crisis management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our organization can effectively respond to disruptions while maintaining the integrity of our operations.
Maintain a governance program aligned with the Honeywell Global Resilience Standard that keeps all Honeywell Resilience program components aligned current relevant actionable auditable and continually improving.
Review and analyze risk information to identify emerging risks update risk inventory and facilitate managements risk.
Business Continuity Planning: Support the ongoing management of the business continuity program to ensure the organization can recover critical operations in the event of a disruption.
Technology Resilience: Collaborate with IT teams to create and refine technology resilience strategies that ensure our systems and applications can withstand various challenges.
Testing Scenarios Development: Develop and facilitate testing scenarios to evaluate and drive the resilience capabilities of the organization. These scenarios will simulate various disruptions and assess our readiness to address them.
- Enhancement of Fusion Tools: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance the tools and technologies such as the Fusion platform that support the resilience program. This involves integrating new functionalities and optimizing existing tools to meet program needs.
Maintain key metrics and risk information driving continuous improvement in the business and contributing to the development of the Global Honeywell Picture of resilience.
Maintain a governance program aligned with the Honeywell Global Resilience Standard that keeps all Honeywell Resilience program components aligned current relevant actionable auditable and continually improving.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Risk Management or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CBCP MBCP) is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business continuity crisis management support or related fields preferably within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of business continuity planning methodologies crisis management frameworks and technology resilience initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
