Job Summary

Description

Act as a liaison between Omega and Client to ensure Client productivity goals are met facilitate process issues that arise be the point-of-contact for field employee questions related to systems processes and/or trauma data and escalate any quality or productivity issues to Omega. The Trauma Data Lead must maintain his/her productivity and quality standards in accordance with Client expectations or as defined by Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Qualifications

Knowledge of ACS trauma verification review and consultation program and its management medical terminology anatomy and physiology National Trauma Database inclusion criteria trauma data abstracting database record management trauma program management and trauma data procedures. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment. Demonstrate ability to self-motivate set goals and meet deadlines. Demonstrate leadership mentoring and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills. Maintain courteous and professional working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate excellent analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Skill in operating a personal computer and utilizing a variety of software applications. Knowledge of NTDB standard compliance and HIPAA HITECH standards affecting medical records and the impact on reimbursement and accreditation
