What youll do at Jamf:
AtJamfweempowerpeopletobetheirbestselvesand dotheirbestwork. As aProcurementAnalystyouwillsupporttheProcurementorganizationin vendor managementacrosstheEMEIA and APACregionshelpingstreamlinecontractingprocessesnegotiatefavorableterms and drivecostsavingsacrossmultipledepartments.
This role is offered as a hybrid in Brno Czechia.We are only able to accept applications for those based in Czechia or who have sponsorship to live and work in Czechia.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Manage vendor onboarding andassistin the approval process to streamline approvals for stakeholders.
- Triage procurement requests to ensuretimelyturnaround and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage marketing agreements workplace services and contingent worker services within the EMEIA/APAC regions.
- Assistdepartments inpurchasinggoods and services within budget.
- Processpurchaseorders toacquiregoods and services.
- Develop inventive and cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Keep information accessible bymaintainingup-to-date systems and documentation.
- Perform cost analysis and setappropriate benchmarks including reports.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secureadvantageousterms in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Build andmaintainlong-term relationships with internal department leaders and external vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare quarterly vendor reviews ad hoc reports and briefings including vendor performance information financial data and other metrics.
- Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company.
- Assistthe procurement team in reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility including risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

What we are looking for:
- Bc. degreein Finance Accounting Business or related fields (a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered).
- Min.2years experiencein data analysis using tools such as Excel andAirtable generating summary reports and pivot tables.
- Min.2years experiencein documentation skills tomaintainkey information in Confluence/SharePoint.
- Min.2years experienceinreviewing marketing agreements on-site and virtual event contracts workplace services and contingent worker services and extensions
- Min.1 year experience in procurement or vendor management.
- Min.1 year experience with financial tools such as Concur Oracle or Workday.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide insights to leaders based on data.
- Knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracting terms and conditions invoicing and negotiation terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in budget management (budget forecast and actuals).
- Negotiation skills with vendors inpurchasinggoods services and consulting services.
