As a Business Analyst in our Secure Government business unit youll have all the support you need to succeed. You will be an integral part of our Digital Data and AI consulting team. This could involve working in private and public sector environments and could provide opportunities for overseas working if thats what interests you. AtkinsRéalis provides significant investment in training and development: we want to help you be successful.

Your role

The role as a Business Analyst within our Digital Data and AI consulting team will involve:

• Delivering exceptional results for our clients by putting value at the core of everything we do.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and shape the culture and behaviours required for successful digital adoption.
• Analyse processes and operations using appropriate tools and techniques to identify improvements in accordance with client objectives including workshop facilitation.
• Facilitate and manage endtoend requirements developmentfrom initial business needs through userlevel requirementsensuring clear translation traceability and alignment to support the creation of valueadding digital solutions.
• Develop/lead transformation roadmaps that form the foundation of digital change for our customers.
• Influence Agile practices within our clients environment helping to shape key activities and actively participating in sprints scrums and retrospectives.
• Contributing to the development of operational improvement tools techniques and methods that build capability within our teams including exploring how AIenabled approaches can enhance efficiency insight and value.
• Championing our stakeholders needs ensuring development is aligned with their requirements and business goals.

About you

• Experience in consulting services to clients or relevant business analyst role.
  Attained or working towards BA Diploma.
• Experience in technology-led transformation programmes across strategy business design and change management.
• Experience in an agile project delivery environment (e.g. APMP SAFe MSP DSDM Scrum).
• Ability to support the translation of user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analysing complex problems designing innovative solutions and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
• Experience with core Business Analysis and delivery tools such as Visio for process modelling Jira and Azure DevOps for backlog management and other platforms that support effective requirements development and Agile delivery.
• Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• An interest in emerging technology and being digital savvy.
• Experience in Security and or more of our key markets (Defence Aerospace Energy Utilities Highways Rail or the Public Sector).
• Proactive in shaping the future of our team and contributing to our communities.

Security clearance

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary it will be discussed with you at interview.
