Job Summary

OASIS Registered Nurse - Home Health

We are working with a progressive well-run and financially stable home health organization serving Pasco County committed to high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

$55.00 - $60.00 per visit

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call: 1 week per month rotation

Responsibilities

Provide in-home skilled nursing care
Assess patients and develop care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
Coordinate with the healthcare team
Educate patients and families
Perform diagnostics and interventions
Support discharge planning and transitions of care

Requirements

2 years RN experience including 1 year in home health or related field
Strong case management and care coordination skills
Solid clinical knowledge for assessments and care planning
Behavioral health or utilization management experience preferred
Experience with hospital/ER settings and discharge planning

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license
BSN preferred
CPR certification required (no online)
Strong communication and clinical judgment
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Required CEUs (Elder Abuse Human Trafficking Alzheimers/Dementia)
Current TB test
