Professional Services Consultant (XSIAM)

Saddleback Solutions offer Consultancy and Professional Services to our Partners and Clients. We partner Palo Alto Networks Juniper Networks and Arista worldwide and we indirectly Partner AWS so there are always lots of varying opportunities that come up.

We have long standing and close relationships with our consultants and our partners so we can represent you fully. We offer free training for all our consultants should they wish to expand their knowledge and profiles while with us.

We have an education services arm also so our consultants once qualified can also offer their services running workshops or bootcamps between projects or even full time.

We will support you the best way we know how.

Tasks

• Design and Implement Palo Alto Networks XSIAM XSOAR and XDR solutions.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to interpret requirements and develop use cases to automate incident response workflows through integrations and playbooks.
• Integrate XSIAM with existing security tools (SIEM threat intelligence endpoint protection etc.) to ensure seamless and automated data flow.
• Develop custom playbooks and automated workflows to respond to security incidents minimizing manual intervention.
• Act as a subject matter expert in XSIAM providing guidance and training to SOC analysts on best practices and advanced use cases.
• Work with large teams of stakeholders both inside and outside Palo Alto Networks including Project Managers Domain Consultants Account Owners Partner engineers Customer SOC teams and Senior Leadership.
• Work closely with the security engineering team to continuously improve network security infrastructure and enhance defence mechanisms.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in IT
• 5 years of experience in Cyber Security
• Relevant vendor certifications in SIEM SOAR EDR platforms (from Palo Alto Networks or other relevant vendors) e.g. XSIAM Analyst XSIAM Engineer.
• CISSP CASP CISM CCIE or similar level professional certification.
