Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and proactive Administrative
Business Partner (ABP) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational
support to our leadership team and act as a key liaison across departments. The ideal
candidate will be a forward-thinking problem solver who can work independently and
maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information. You will play a crucial
role in streamlining operations managing complex schedules and contributing to the
overall efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management: Expertly manage complex and dynamic
calendars scheduling internal and external meetings and prioritizing
commitments to optimize leadership time.
Travel Coordination and Expense Reporting: Coordinate all aspects of
domestic and international travel logistics and ensure timely and accurate
processing of expense reports in compliance with company policies.
Event and Meeting Planning: Plan organize and manage team events
offsites and internal programs including logistics vendor coordination and
budget tracking.
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative
processes implement new procedures and leverage technology/AI tools to
improve workflow across the team.
Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact building
strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors and
handling queries with professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Office Support: Coordinate office space needs manage records and
information and ensure the team has necessary equipment and facilities.
Confidentiality: Operate with a high level of discretion and handle sensitive
information with integrity.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of related administrative or executive
assistant experience preferably in a fast-paced technology or multinational
environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook
Excel Word PowerPoint Teams) and collaboration tools (e.g. G Suite Slack).
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a
dynamic environment.

Problem-Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

Benefits
Work Schedule: This role is a five-day-a-week commitment.
Office Attendance: While the standard work week is five days you will be
required to come to the office during business-critical needs and company
events.
