Job Summary

Job Title- Senior Accountant

Location- Kenya

Experience- 7 years

Industry Preferred- Real Estate

Qualification- / / MBA (Finance)

Job roles & responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise junior accounting staff
Handle project-wise accounting for real estate developments
Prepare and finalize monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
Ensure accurate revenue recognition cost allocation and project profitability analysis
Manage GST TDS Income Tax compliance returns and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable & receivable vendor payments and collections
Perform bank reconciliation ledger scrutiny and balance confirmations
Prepare and analyze MIS reports budgets and variance analysis
Coordinate statutory audits internal audits and tax audits
Liaise with consultants auditors banks and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and statutory laws
Support cash flow management and fund planning
Maintain proper documentation for agreements invoices and statutory records
