Job Summary
Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical cognitive and emotional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Implement therapeutic programs to improve motor skills coordination strength and daily living skills.
- Assist patients in relearning self-care activities such as dressing bathing and eating.
- Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques and home care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations progress notes and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians physical therapists speech therapists nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety standards and facility policies.
