Job Summary
Location: San Francisco CA or North Carolina (Hybrid)
Work Setup: Hybrid; candidate must be local to San Francisco or North Carolina though much of the work is remote.
Scope: Level 7 (Manager level) role requiring subject matter expertise and team leadership capabilities.
Travel: Client will pay for travel and expenses.
Vaccination: No mandate.

DISQUALIFIERS
Less than 10 years of experience in the core SAP modules.
Not located in or willing to work hybrid in SFO or North Carolina.
Lack of Pharmaceutical industry experience.
POSITION OVERVIEW This role supports Project Apollo a high-priority SAP S/4HANA rollout for Roche a global leader in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. As part of the H&PS (Health & Public Service) team you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology to improve patient outcomes through streamlined supply chain operations.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and design organizational processes and systems within the SAP EWM environment.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive process maps and documentation illustrating current and future state processes.
- Identify specific opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to support the implementation of defined solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
