Job Summary:
Collaborates with management to define and execute marketing activities that support business growth brand awareness and audience engagement. Supports the execution ofHackstersmedia and marketing strategy across social media newsletters and the platform under the direction of the Media Lead.
Identifiesestablishes andmaintainsrelationships with internal stakeholders contributors and external partners toleveragecurrent offerings campaigns and opportunities.Assistswith planning execution and measurement of marketing activities to support demand generation and market awareness while ensuring alignment with Hackster and Avnet brand standards.
Principal Responsibilities:
Support the Media Lead in executingHackstersmedia and marketing strategy across social media web and email
Assistwith video preparation and asset coordination using approved tools
- Assistwith defining developing and executing marketing and media activities aligned to campaign objectives
Publish edit and manage content on using established workflows and schedules
Support recurring editorial content and contributor programs by coordinating submissions formatting and publication
Draft schedule and publish posts acrossHacksterssocial media channels under direction
Support newsletter creation and distribution using Mailchimp
Coordinate media assets and timelines with internal teams vendors and partners
Assistwith execution of campaigns giveaways and events
Support basic reporting analytics and performance tracking
Helpmaintainstandardized marketing tools templates and collateral to ensure consistent look and feel
Collaborate with internal peers to support marketing and media initiatives
May support occasional travel to industry events partner activations or company initiatives as needed

Job Level Specifications:
Foundational knowledge of marketing media or digital communicationsacquiredthrough education or early career experience
Executes defined tasks and projects using established processes and tools
Works independently on assigned tasks while receiving direction and review from management
Exercises judgment within defined parameters; escalates issues as appropriate
Actions primarily affect assigned work and departmental outcomes
Work Experience:
Typicallyless than 2 years with bachelors or equivalent.
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
