NorthStar Buick GMC Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Director to lead our service department in Zelienople PA. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the service team ensuring exceptional customer service efficient workflow and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role requires strong leadership skills a thorough understanding of automotive service processes and a commitment to continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the service departments daily operations ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Lead coach and develop service team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and promptly resolving issues.
- Monitor service department financials including budgets expenses and profitability.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Coordinate with parts sales and other departments to optimize workflow and customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends technologies and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures diagnostics and repairs.
- Exceptional leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed management decisions.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems and service software is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to work in Zelienople PA.
